TranSend is being migrated from a legacy platform into a new enterprise system. The goal is to redesign the teller payment workflow so that associates can process transactions efficiently while meeting compliance and audit requirements.

Challenge

The existing workflow had grown organically over years, creating a fragmented experience with inconsistent patterns. Associates needed a cleaner, faster path through the payment process without losing the oversight controls required by compliance.

Outcome

A stepped, guided workflow with clear validation, back-office panel integration, and an exit confirmation pattern to prevent accidental data loss. Fully clickable prototype available for stakeholder review.

A feature that gives customers visibility into when and where their account was accessed. Designed to build trust, surface suspicious activity early, and put customers in control of their security posture.

Design decisions

Presenting raw log data in a human-readable format requires careful information hierarchy. Device names, timestamps, and locations are surfaced clearly while keeping the interface calm and non-alarming for routine logins.
