Currently, bank tellers at Capital One at complete customer transactions through a third party platform called TranSend. There they are able to search and investigate on completed customer transactions for their own investigation or to complete an action if something went wrong during the transaction.

Our goal is to migrate this experience from TranSend onto Capital One's own associate facing platform called E4A while also improving the complex search and investigation process.

This was my first project as a full time product designer at Capital One!
